What types of products do you offer?
At TruBeam, we specialize in high-quality flashlights, camping lanterns, and other portable lighting solutions. Our products are designed for a wide range of uses, including tactical, outdoor adventures, emergency preparedness, and everyday carry (EDC).
How long does shipping take?
We offer fast and reliable shipping to South Africa. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use The Courier Guy for reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa. If you don’t have a designated delivery address, you can also choose their PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off) locker-to-locker service for convenient and secure collection.
What is the warranty on Skilhunt/Eskte products?
- Initial 15-Day Coverage:
Within 15 days of purchase, any manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement of the defective part through authorized Skilhunt dealers. - 24-Month Free Repair Service:
Within 24 months from the date of purchase, Skilhunt offers free after-sales repair service for any product issues (excluding batteries). - Limited Lifetime Warranty:
After the 24-month period, Skilhunt continues to offer warranty service under a limited lifetime warranty.
Labor is free, but customers will be charged for any replacement parts.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The total repair fee is based on the cost of the replaced materials. - Warranty Claims:
To request warranty service, customers must provide a valid purchase invoice, record, or receipt.
Warranty claims should be submitted through Skilhunt distributors or dealers, who will coordinate service with support from Skilhunt. - The above free warranty does not cover any damages or failure caused by:
1. Normal wear (Product appearance is excluded from warranty.)
2. Rough operation
3. Battery leakage
4. Any defects or damages caused by the improper operations include but not limited to the operation which doesn´t comply with the warranty or notes shown in the product specification. For example, the product specification will describe that please don´t disassemble the flashlight´s head, as doing so can damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty
5. Any defects or damaged led by other behaviors which can not be controlled by SKILHUNT reasonably.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our shipping partner’s website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards. You can purchase them directly on our website and send them to your loved ones.
